In addition to the breath-taking scenery, diners can watch from their seats as the culinary team artfully prepares fresh, fare straight from the garden in the expansive exhibition kitchen that runs the length and breadth of the room.
The seasonal patio at Brix offers a delightful dining experience day or night. By day, as you gaze over the beautiful gardens, the colors of the Valley display an ever-changing palate. At night, wonderful sunsets give way to sparkling stars and the glow of dinner by candlelight. Brix also has a beautiful indoor dining room as well as elegantly appointed private dining rooms.
